Some years back, I heard a statement that resonated through the hallways of my mind and shot throughout my entire being.

Every morning, when you wake up and your feet hit the floor, you have to make a decision. Are you going to walk in misery and defeat or, are you going to walk in confidence and own the day?

I choose to own the day.
